The Woods

While I was edging my front yard flower beds today I took a look toward my backyard and found it looking particularly luscious. I decided to take a few photos of the kids since it was slightly cloudy and I could try to avoid problems with lighting. I remember reading an internet article some time ago about photography, and the author was saying ANYONE can take great photos, and that you don't have to wait until you get the shama-bama camera, but to start using your point-and-click camera if that's all you have. Well, that's all I have. I'd like to get one of those nice ones someday, but I think for now I'll just keep taking lots of photos, and be able to hopefully get a few good ones out of the bunch. Today my kids were being especially silly, and so I was LUCKY to capture one where they were both smiling NICE smiles, though they didn't hold the poses so well. Here are the best, and goofy ones.
